Cool, briny and sometimes sweet. The traditional pickling process takes time. Eventually, with enough vinegar anything can happen. When artists from Poland and Atlanta began swapping music files, the process was similar. Fresh new ingredients and sounds joined together in a salty new flavor.
Over time, the tunes were nearly forgotten. Stored in some jar, on some shelf, somewhere in one of our cellars. Eventually the pickles were extracted from their container and formed into an EP with surgical precision.
